Shipping policy

We do not accept cancellations on any order.

Once the order is placed, it takes a tentative 7-8 business days for the package to be sent out from our side (+ shipping time) to reach the the recipient's address as each Bibka piece is carefully handcrafted upon receiving the order. If you'd like to have this process accelerated, please email us at studiobibka@gmail.com and we'll try to accommodate your request.

For all deliveries within India, we charge a nominal flat shipping fee of Rs.100.

If any defective/faulty product is received, kindly contact us at studiobibka@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your product.
