That said, like most finely finished jewellery, they do appreciate a little attention along the way. Occasional exposure to elements like water, perfume, or everyday chemicals — sometimes without us even realising — can gradually soften the surface finish or lead to slight tarnishing over time.
To bring it back to its original finish, we offer a dedicated Replating Service — so your piece can return to looking just as refined, and continue being styled, worn, and enjoyed all over again.
What This Covers
Our replating service is available for pieces where the damage is reversible. This typically includes:
- Tarnishing due to contact with water or moisture
- Exposure to perfumes, lotions, or chemicals
- Fading of the original plating over time
Each piece is carefully assessed to ensure it can be restored effectively.
How It Works
Replating requests are accepted until the 10th of every month.

Our team will carefully assess the condition of your piece and confirm the service accordingly.
